What are my options in college?

i'm going to a community college in Pennsylvania. I plan on transferring, possibly even 2 times. 30 credits then again at 60 credits. My goal is to get into the most prestigious university i can get into for career networking. i am going to double major in finance/computer science or finance/math. I was born in Russia. I am on the honors societ(Phi Tetta Kappa). So what options do i really have as far as the best universities that are likley to accept me? NYU? Carnegie Mellon, Villanova, Fordham, Cornell, University of Illinois(top choice), Syracuse, DePaul, etc? what are my chances of getting into any of these schools with a high GPA and my background?
