Have you seen this movie?

This Czech movie is pretty new, 2000-2007, and takes place in Prague. It is about a man who works for DHL at the Prague airport and his attempt to get back together with his girlfriend. The movie ends with him trying to mail himself to her. I saw it in the Czech Republic and can't remember the name or find it anywhere. Does anyone know what it is called?
