Is this a good bike to buy?

Never buy a full suspension bike in that price range. They may look cool but are are junk. Canadian Tire is not a good place to buy a bike. It's the same quality as department store bikes. Check out the local ebay and Craig's list for a good used shop quality hard tail bike, it will last a lot longer.
