What does drinking orange juice really do for me?

i drink orange juice ALOT and was just curious.. i drink the kind of oj you freeze then just put in ic3e pitcher. they cost like 2.29each and i buy about 10 a week. i just want to know the main things on what its good for. like i heard it will help with skin cancer.. i do tan alot.. i also live in las vegas so in the summer i tan even more. thats why i started drinking it but its just to good. i need OJ rehab. HELP. ;p
