Is it still God's work of you get a gift for doing it?

First of all, Eddie, good for you for donating blood period. My D-I-L always donates blood as she has a rare negative blood which is hard to find. I was so thankful for all those who donated blood when my Grand daughter needed the 14 units, unfortunately they did no good. But I happened to think of all the yrs. her mother had donated blood came back to her own daughter being on the receiving end. Not sure what you mean by the "spiritually speaking" aspect of your question tho. IF I'm correct tho, I would say NO, receiving the tickets would NOT take away from ANYTHING else connected with it. One does not counter act the other.
