My house sprung leaks!?

All the leaks you've mentioned are started at the roof, and thats where to start. It sure sounds like a bad roof job to me, whether it made it through the summer or not. If you have to, drag a water hose up on the roof and let it run wide open on the areas you're having the leaks at down below in the house.
