I am intelligent, but have failed/dropped out of college several times despite love of learning!?

it sounds like you have ADD not ADHD. take out the hyperactive. you do NOT have to be lazy to have ADD. go to the special needs center on your campus (ask admissions about it) and find a counselor to talk to, and tell them you have trouble finishing tests and ignments on time. and that you love learning. they should have a center on campus that enables you to take the tests there and take all the time you need pretty much. they can help you get special tutoring too. its all free. god bless you for trying so hard. you can do it!
