How can Hugo Chavez have a smilarity.....HELP!?

with some leader in the Ancient Western Civilization? and what about what happen between Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela....is there any kind of confrontation that was similar to this one in the Ancient Western Civ.....please help!
