For my flex (RB/WR), should I start Roy E. Williams, Mike Tolbert, Knowshon Moreno or Felix Jones?

Roy Williams for sure. Dude has been catching alot more and finding the endzone last 2 weeks. With Dez still ailing, hes a good FLEX option.
