Does society really judge you by the way you dress?

Me...26 year-old white male, college grad....I wear mostly old Nike sneakers (about 3 yrs. old), Old Navy Jeans (about 2 years old), T-shirt (god only knows) and in the winter I wear the same stuff and just add a fleece or windbreaker.
