No you wont find anything like this happening in the African American community. I have to agree with the other answer here, the televangelist do more harm than good. Jim Baker and Jerry Falwell have been proven to be nothing but Capitalist thieves begging for funding over the television. and home schooling go hand in hand with mind control and a good brainwashing. Coming out of Texas is another funny scenario too, but go figure. I am really sad Yahoo Answers allows the neocon trolls so much influence here, I think that is really sick and weird myself. Separation of Church and State should be enforced for this very reason, so these criminals can't escape justice and continue to practice their evil ways onto innocent children.
