Can ANY phone be a GoPhone? I have my eye on the Blackjack. Also, can the balance be transferred if I upgrade

Yes, any phone can be a Gophone, but you have to set it up through the company and you end up having to pay extra for it. In the end you basically pay for the phone by itself which will cost more than getting a contract.
