Always sick but have no answers?

Before I start I must say I am scheduling a visit with my Doctor. I tend to procrastinate but I cant suffer no more im a mother. For the last year I have had widespread pain, pain located around Kidneys and below.(sometimes pain is literally severe) I have a few small cysts on my Ovaries but My no personality Gynecologists whom everyone hates says these cyst should not be causing my symptoms. Anyways I literally feel as though my body is failing. I literally have a thousands of symptoms, some of them physically validating to others around me. One particular symptom has got me baffled. Ive had this for over a year and its killing me. I am either freezing cold or sweltering hot and Ill change from hot to cold with in a fraction of a second. Im rarely at a normal temperature. You say Hot Flashes.....No my friends these aren't Hot flashes I know hot flashes these feel weird. Like my core body temperature doesn't know how to regulate itself. Any feedback Please..Also I am a 24 year old mother......I cant gain weight I sometimes cant even move....I think im going to be dead soon. I know I sound immature and dramatic but I have this urgency I need help.
